Designed a single reusable template that guides technicians through 20 to 25 commissioning steps offline, on Windows, where the old tool couldn't go.

Replaced map-only navigation with list views and a dashboard built for large fleets.

Led a full information architecture overhaul of a generator-monitoring platform, validated through a 118-screen prototype and two rounds of user testing.
